STEP by STEP PAGE
There are four basic steps that take you from Clunker to Cash. To help make things clear we will give you all the details here.

You may call, text, email or visit this site
We will ask you to fill out the Request Offer form or take some information over the phone. Just a few questions about your car that will help us give you an accurate offer
We will look at your vehicle details and contact you for more information if needed. Then we will send you a Vehicle Purchase Offer
A customer number will be generated at this point and it will remain the same throughout the process
We do not have a robot that spits out a price in seconds, but we do try to return an offer the same day.
You will receive the offer by email or text (or on a piece of paper if we are doing this in person)
If you are satisfied with the offer you can accept the offer a number of ways,
Call with your customer number and tell us that you accept the offer
Email/text stating your customer number, the offer date and that you accept the offer
Fill in the Accept Offer form here on the website
** IMPORTANT ** Your acceptance of the offer does NOT legally bind either party to make a transaction. We are simply making a conditional promise, not a legal contract. We WILL be engaged in a legal contract when we both sign the Bill Of Sale at the time of pickup. An example of the Bill Of Sale can be found here
Life is busy, so after sending the offer we will follow up to see if you are still interested in letting your old car go. We will check in with you a couple of times but we will not be hounding you to sell your car
You can access our calendar on the Schedule Pickup page. The calendar shows our existing scheduled pickups and it will hopefully help you choose a pickup time. You can not make a booking or schedule a pickup from the calendar, it just provides you with times that we are not available. We normally schedule pickups at least 3 hours apart to give time for a safe unhurried process
When you have accepted our offer we will call to arrange the pickup, but you can call us at any time to discuss pickup arrangements
When we discuss pickup we will need the following,
The address of the vehicle
A time that you will be able to meet and process the paperwork and receive payment
This is a good time to make sure that all items are available for when we come to pickup the vehicle
Title
Your ID
The vehicle keys
Clear access to the vehicle (not behind three other cars etc.)
Get Paid
This happens at the vehicle location at the time of pickup
Remember, we DO NOT carry cash. You will be paid by the method that you chose on the ACCEPT OFFER form. We make payments via Company Check, CashApp, Pay Pal, Venmo or Google Pay.
We will verify that the vehicle matches the description you provided. Zipp Group, LLC offers to purchase vehicles based on information provided by the seller so we must verify this prior to buying the vehicle. In some cases we will not be able to pay the full offered price because the vehicle differs from the sellers description. We prefer to avoid this situation and being clear from the outset is always best
We will print two copies of a Bill Of Sale, one for the seller and one for Zipp Group. Both parties will sign both copies
When the Bill of Sale has been signed Zipp Group legally owns the vehicle and the seller will be paid the amount shown on the bill of sale
Zipp Group will haul the vehicle away. We never charge for hauling the vehicle
